Asafe’s Story
My name is Azapte. When I was 11 years old, I was given the opportunity to study English. Today, I am 31, and I can say with certainty that this opportunity changed the course of my life.
From the moment I began learning English, doors began to open for me – and that is exactly what happened. I have now traveled to nearly 50 countries and had countless incredible experiences through my work in the sports industry.
Because I speak English, I have been able to attend and work at major sporting events, connect with people from around the world, and build relationships with brands and organizations. I have met princes, politicians, and world-class athletes. None of this would have been possible without the opportunity I was given as a child to learn English.
One person believed in me and gave me that opportunity, and I will always be grateful.
I hope this project continues to open doors and change the lives of many more children.
