Anita began attending FAD (Fazendo A Diferenca – “Making A Difference”) when she was eight years old. As she grew, we paid for English classes for her, beginning around the age of 13. Her family was poor and her mother was confined to a wheelchair. This is the reason she wanted to become a doctor.
