Welcome to the Making a Difference Ministries (MAD) website. By using this site, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

Use of This Site
This website is provided to share information about MAD’s mission, programs, and ways to get involved. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn’t interfere with others’ ability to use it.

Donations
By making a donation to MAD, you agree to the following:

  • Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be refunded.
  • Donations are used to support MAD’s mission and programs as a whole, including the children, youth, and families served through our Community Center in Queimadas, Brazil.
  • To the extent allowed by law, donations to MAD may be tax-deductible. Please consult your tax advisor and retain your donation receipt for your records.

Recurring Giving & Sponsorship

  • Recurring donations and child sponsorships can be canceled at any time by the donor, directly through our giving platform (Breeze).
  • As with all donations, sponsorship contributions are non-refundable.
  • Sponsorship funds support MAD’s programs broadly rather than being allocated dollar-for-dollar to an individual child; this allows us to care for all the children in our program consistently.

Content Ownership
All content on this site, including photos, stories, written content, graphics, and logos, is the property of MAD unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. This includes photos and stories of the children and families we serve, which are shared with care and require our consent to reuse.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
